No, I haven’t been eating too much sourdough. My current private practice is part of the Glasgow Counselling Collective based at 204 Bath Street in Glasgow. There are five of us working in the collective and due to demand in the new year I’ve found myself having to refer clients to other counsellors and colleagues practicing elsewhere in the city, who have availability.

Sourdough bread making as symbolic self-care.
If you don’t know what sourdough is, it’s a naturally fermented bread, without additives. It should be apparent why, in it’s making, it could be a kind of nurturing self-care.
